• Calendar

  Individual calendars for each employee/user which can be easily updated for example by an office manager and are visible to all so colleagues know what everybody is up to.

• Customer Relations Management

  Manage account information of your customers and all your other business relations. Include notes f.e. on customer meetings, invoicing functionality and an overview of vacancies assigned by your customer.

• Vacancy management

  Overview of all vacancies. On each vacancy \'matching\' candidates can be added as well as specific contacts and notes.

• Candidate management

  An extensive candidate profile including a picture, work experience, training, special skills, suitable job profiles and an overview of / access too all relevant documents like c.v. of portfolio's.
  Also an overview of vacancies the candidate was eligible and notes. Finally also extensive search functionality to query your candidate base on all registered data (including text search of all uploaded documents).

• Document Management

  All documents (including photo files and other formats) relevant to your business can be easily stored on the server ensuring availability of the latest/relevant versions for all users. Furthermore they are easily accessible because they can be directly linked to, for example, specific customer accounts.

• Mailing

  Send personalized mailings easily to your entire list of contacts

• Reporting

  Some basic reports like: invoices (including status; sent, paid, late), turnover (total and by consultant), hours worked and financial results.
  In addition it is possible to implement custom-reports including functionality to export these as csv files.
